Candidates for the Cardinal Health SUPPLY CHAIN EXCELLENCE AWARD were judged across a variety of metrics to measure manufacture’s performance throughout the year. Scorecards from Cardinal measured include products shipped the same day, delivered on a timely basis and with no back-orders, and specifics targeted at the importance of developing collaborative relationships with manufacturers and providing exceptional service to each and every one of Cardinal’s valued business partners.
An award like this truly comes as the result of a team effort. From our Wholesale Team for garnering and maintaining a positive partnership, to our Order Support Team for processing orders upon receipt, to our Materials Management Team for having sufficient levels of stock merchandise manufactured and available, to our Warehouse & Distribution Team for picking, packing, and shipping our products to our mutual customers in a timely manner.
